Ordered at 6.11pm, delivery schduled for 7.30pm- which is long enough! Nothing, couldn't get through on the phone despite ringing over 15 times, it finally turned up at 8.25pm and turned it away - 'ring for a refund' and shock horror.. NOTHING! Ridiculous.
Bless, delivery driver apologised for being 10 mins early for requested del time! Food was bloomin perfect! Popadoms, the sauces. Pilau rice. Prawn puri & Kathmandu Chicken. Cant say one negative thing! Thank you guys! :-)
Order placed by phone on a Friday night at 17:30 told food would be with us within an hour. Phoned after 70 mins to be told driver had broken down but they had sent the second driver to him to collect it, was told 5-10 mins ( shop only 10mins away) phoned again after 15 mins and was told it was still on its way! Asked for discount and was told they couldn't give discount as wasn't their fault the delivery car had broken down! Was then abruptly asked " do you want the food?" I cancelled my order at this point. Poor service for such a competitive market place. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered for collection via Just Eat as the nearest Indian to our accommodation. Happy with the food we got. Nothing exceptional just good standard British Indian, with the typical food colouring on the rice and tikka. Pushed to 4 stars for having interesting special menu items that were actually nice. Food was ready just after I walked through the door, a few minutes earlier than promised. Is almost just a shed next to the station car park. :)
