This garage allowed me to book my car in for an MOT whilst knowing if they failed it that they would not be able to do any work on it for 6 weeks, but neglected to tell me this, so I have paid for an MOT with them but have had to ring around to get the work done at another garage who will then have to do the MOT retest which will cost me again, rather than this garage doing the work and the retest for free. Not happy with the attitude as his suggestion was park it up at my home for 6 weeks until they can do the work. This would actually be illegal as I do not have a drive so could not SORN it and park it off road, and he was a low not bothered that this would mean I would not be able to work for 6 weeks and therefore incurring a loss of income. Poor communication, poor service and totally ridiculous attitude, do not take your car here for an MOT as it will just cost you more in the long run to get it an MOT elsewhere. Pathetic and to top it off I've gone to collect my car and they have locked the garage with my car inside it and left so I cannot even take it somewhere else to be fixed
